Partnerships Manager
Accelerate your career and build RORA's Partnerships function from the ground up
We usually respond within a week
Hi, we’re RORA 👋 A new type of team for a new world of work.
We’ve got ambitious growth plans which means we're looking for a Partnerships Manager to compliment our existing Growth team. You'll define what Partnerships look like and how they're measured, whilst driving growth through high-quality referrals, introductions and creative GTM solutions.
This standalone role is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious junior Partnerships Manager or experienced SDR or Account Manager who wants the freedom and challenge of building a Partnerships function from the ground up. RORA has a strong network and brand with a lot of interest: the challenge is in screening and holding partners accountable. You’ll report directly into our founder, with plenty of autonomy and influence over how Partnerships are shaped.
The role
- Developing muti-faceted partnership strategies for key partner groups (SaaS providers, service agencies, accelerators, VC funds and existing clients) including a bespoke and collaborative approach for each channel.
- Negotiate agreements ensuring mutual value, with regular reviews and tracking of the partnership value.
- Maintain strong relationships as the primary contact, scheduling joint initiatives and events.
- Coordinate with RORA's internal teams to align partner activities with RORA’s goals.
Your standout traits
In addition to relevant experience in either Partnerships, B2B Sales or Key Account Management in a closely aligned industry, you'll also be:
- Self-driven: You work independently, take ownership, and don’t need much hand-holding.
- Personable: You build strong, trusting relationships that keep partners engaged.
- Goal-oriented: You’ll confidently ask for leads and adjust strategies when partnerships aren’t delivering.
- Organized: You keep track of partner interactions, events, and referrals with a methodical approach.

Meet RORA
RORA builds fractional Finance and People teams for startups and scaleups. Our people split their time between some of the coolest startups (ManyPets, Anthropic and Zilch to name a few) on a fractional basis. We also come together every week as a team to learn, grow and have fun.
Over the past five years we’ve built a great business in FinOps (and more recently in PeopleOps) - reinventing how startups do finance teams and supporting hundreds of founders in the process.
