Compliance Manager
Build RORA's compliance offering from the ground up
We usually respond within a week
Hi, we’re RORA 👋 A new type of team for a new world of work.
We’re adding an ultra-sleek compliance arm to sit alongside our fractional finance business. This isn’t about building just another accounting firm. Our mission is to create the perfect solution for finance professionals - one that harnesses technology and process design to deliver compliance that is fast, accurate, and friction-free.
We’re not here to be “trusted advisors” or “strategic partners.” We just want to do compliance really, really well. That means we’re looking for someone who knows the practice basics inside out - but who’s hungry to do things differently, not just repeat what they did in their last job.
This role won’t be easy. You’ll be building a brand-new service line hand-in-hand with the founder, integrating it into our operating core, and helping it scale to serious levels.

- Liaise between RORA fractional finance teams, our startup partners and the compliance team, ensuring everyone has the information they need when they need it
- Manage the compliance team P&L, overseeing the process for assessing complexity, issuing fee quotes and ensuring profitability
- Grow with the unit, building, managing and coaching a growing team and iterating our operational processes as needed.
